Return Period

For physical products, you have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. For services, cancellation and refund policies vary based on the stage of the project and are detailed in your service agreement.

All return requests must be initiated within the specified return period. Returns initiated after the return period has expired will not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and uninstalled
All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included
Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective
Items must be returned with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Items returned in unacceptable condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

Cost of Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or if otherwise specified in your service agreement.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us within the return period to request a return authorization
Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant documentation
Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team
Package the item securely in its original packaging, if available
Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return after we receive the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
Items that have been installed, used, or altered
Items without original packaging or documentation
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Digital products or downloadable content
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Items purchased from clearance or final sale sections

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer rights, those rights apply in addition to the terms outlined in this policy.

For consumers in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from a contract for goods within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to certain exceptions. This right applies in addition to our standard return policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.

For service bookings, cancellation policies vary based on the type of service and timing:

Consultations: May be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty
Design Services: Cancellation terms are specified in your service agreement
Installation Services: Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees as specified in your service agreement.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

For service cancellations, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and the terms specified in your service agreement. Partial refunds may be issued for services that have been partially completed.
